Anil is a commerce graduate and a rank holder Chartered Accountant and Graduate Cost and Works Accountant.
Anil brings a rich expereince of Indian capital markets spanning over 35 years.
He started as an equity research analsyst at DSP Merrill Lynch. Post which from 1996 he spent about 16 years at ABN Amro Asia Equities covering various roles including Institutional Sales, Head of Sales and Head of Equities for the India business.
He then moved on to the fund management side in 2012 joinng Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC as a portfolio manager. From 2012 to 2023, Mr. Shah served as the Co-Head Equities and Senior Portfolio Manager at Aditya Birla Sunlife Asset Management Company, where he was instrumental in managing key funds such as ABSL Flexicap Fund, Midcap Fund, Gen Next, and Manufacturing Fund, with a combined AUM of approximately INR 25,000 crore.

Vijay is a commerce graduate and a Chartered Accountant and has completed his Masters in Business Administration from NMIMS, Mumbai
Vijay started his career as a management trainee in ICICI Bank in 2002 doing commerical and corporate lending to SME’s and vendors and dealers of large corporates
Post that in 2006 he joined DSP Merrill Lynch in their private clients business as a finanial advisor and started his capital markets journey.
From 2009 to 2024, Mr. Shah served as Executive Director, Head of Advisory and Sales, Wealth Management for Credit Suisse India. He initially joined Credit Suisse in 2009 as an Investment Counsellor (IC), advising clients on diversified investment portfolios spanning various asset classes. Over the years, he successfully built and led a team of professionals, assuming responsibility for managing portfolios of high-net-worth individuals and eventually ascending to the role of Head of Advisory and Sales within the senior management team.

Mukul Deshpande is an experienced Analyst with 5 years of expertise in equity research and financial services. He has conducted research in consumer durables and capital goods sectors at DAM Capital and Dolat Capital. With a background in B2B sales at Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC and an MBA in Finance, Mukul brings a strong foundation in financial analysis to our team.
He has completed his Masters in Business Administration in Finance
Sushil Dhoot
Sushil Dhoot is an Analyst with 5 years of experience in equity research and financial services. He previously worked at Nuvama Wealth Management, focusing on research in power and capital goods sectors. Sushil also has a background in audit and assurance from Ernst & Young.
He holds a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and is a Level 2 CFA candidate, bringing a strong analytical skillset to our team.
Datta Jadhav
Head of Transactions
Datta Jadhav is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in financial transactions. His previous roles at ICICI Securities, ABN Amro (later RBS), and CIMB focused on managing trades for FPOs and local mutual funds, including high-frequency trading (HFT) and algorithms trading. With a strong foundation in commerce, Datta brings extensive expertise in market dynamics and trade execution strategies to our team as Head of Transactions.

Nilesh Kagale is an Operations & Compliance Head with 12 years of experience in handling operations and compliance for PMS, AIF, and International Hedge funds. He has worked with ICICI Securities, IL&FS, Citi Bank, and LIC AMC. Nilesh holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce, bringing extensive expertise in financial operations and regulatory compliance to our team.
